Privacy Practices
Youth Guidance will not share with third parties information that can be specifically associated with you unless:
· We have your permission to share the information; or
· We are responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; or
· We legally merge with another non-profit organization with a privacy policy at least as restrictive as this one.
Any information you share will be accessed only by Youth Guidance personnel who need access to that information in order to communicate with you or to fill requests you have made. Any such personnel will have agreed to protect your information and be subject to dismissal and legal measures if they willfully make information protected under this policy available to third parties other than as described here.
Youth Guidance may, from time to time, incorporate your data with that of others in order to evaluate trends or to make similar analytical use of the data. Data used for these purposes will not be traceable to specific persons or organizations.
Youth Guidance is not responsible for the treatment of information you share with those at other sites to which you link from Youth Guidance's site.
