As Chief Financial Officer since 2024, Rosa oversees stewardship of our assets and financial operations. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategic operations, and leadership. Her prior experience includes roles in financial management for private and public companies and include The Chicago Community Trust, Hub International, and Deutsche Bank. Rosa is interested in human rights, systemic change, and the immigrant experience.

Presently, Rosa is Vice Chair of the board at Open Books and Chair of their strategic committee. She is also a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow.

Rosa holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
