THE CITISOFT SCHOLARS PROGRAM
Citisoft is proud to partner with Youth Guidance’s Becoming A Man (BAM) and Working on Womanhood (WOW) programs by awarding postsecondary scholarships to selected program alumni as they graduate high school.
BAM and WOW are school-based counseling and mentoring programs that improve the social-emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being of students who’ve been exposed to traumatic stressors and face social, behavioral, psychological, or emotional challenges.
The Citisoft Scholars Program reduces barriers to postsecondary access for BAM and WOW alumni, nearly all of whom are low-income, and invests in their long-term economic well-being by helping them recognize and realize their full potential.
